COLES

In this series, I was tasked with capturing an authentic set of images of one of Cole’s cabbage farming suppliers. The aim was to document the farmer and the process behind the product in a way that felt honest, un-staged, and rooted in the reality of their working environment.

We arrived early to take advantage of the soft morning light and the presence of dew across the fields, which helped set a quiet, atmospheric tone to the work. The early start also meant we could observe the farm as it came to life, before the pace of the day fully set in.
