STUDIO DOKOLA

Studio Dokola is a boutique glassblowing studio. I lit it with a single source to emulate afternoon light, which gave each frame depth.

What held my attention was the team. Glassblowing runs on timing, and there's no room to drift. Everyone stayed locked in, preparing and shaping the glass in real time, moving together like a dance until the final piece emerged.

The process is physical, but the mental side stayed with me. That level of focus, heat and precision must be exhausting, and I found myself watching the concentration as much as the craft.
