GOLF DIGEST USA x RYAN PEAKE

I got a call from Golf Digest USA, they needed me in Perth with just two days’ notice to photograph Ryan Peake before he flew out for the Korean tour. I didn’t know much about his redemption arc going in, but by the end of the shoot, I was genuinely impressed. Ryan was down-to-earth and generous with his time. We spent the day at his local course, capturing relaxed, candid moments, then ducked out for a quick motorbike session, something that tied back to his past. Since it was an editorial piece, I kept things simple: all natural light, minimal gear, and an eye on staying nimble. No big setups, just real, honest frames of a guy who’s clearly been through it and come out swinging.
